Henry IV part I and part II

Production Manager/Techncial Director

A Barn

The set was inspired by an old English barn.  All the posts and header beams were constructed from plywood and foam.  The foam was carved and coated.  The back wall featured a large 12' x 9' sliding door.  The US wall and header beams flew during the production.

The Battle Field

The headers and US Wall flew out to open the world up to the battle field.

Safety

When using any amount of foam safety is always a concern.  Respirators and shop airflow were strictly monitored to insure the safety of all employees.  For fire protection everything on the set was coated with Rosco Flamex or similar product.  The foam itself was coated in Jaxsan and attached with 3M Fastbond.
